AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
SEC. 857. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) In General.— There are authorized to be appropriated $450,000 for fiscal year 1999 to the Commission to carry out this part. (b) Availability.— Any sums appropriated under the authorization contained in this section shall remain available, without fiscal year limitation, until expended.
