SEC. 524. EXPANSION OF MILITARY SPOUSE EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE Section 806(b)(2) of the Military Family Act of 1985 (10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended— (1) by striking out “hiring” the first place it appears; (2) by inserting “civilian” before “position” the first place it appears; and (3) by striking out “above Grade GS–1 (or its equivalent)”.
