ANNUAL ASSESSMENT OF SECURITY AT UNITED STATES BASES IN THE PHILIPPINES

SEC. 1309. ANNUAL ASSESSMENT OF SECURITY AT UNITED STATES BASES IN THE PHILIPPINES The Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress an annual report assessing security at United States military facilities in the Republic of the Philippines. Each such report shall include an 102 STAT. 2064assessment of the cooperation provided by the Philippine Government, at both the national and local level, in improving such security. The report required by this subsection shall be submitted to Congress not later than May 1 each year.
