SEC. 323. REMOVAL OF UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS. The Secretary of the Army may use funds available pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 301(18) (relating to environmental restoration of formerly used defense sites) for the removal of underground storage tanks to the extent that, and in accordance with such criteria as, the Secretary determines appropriate for the use of such funds.112 STAT. 1964
