SEC. 325. MODIFICATION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTAL TO CONGRESS OF ANNUAL REPORTS ON ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIES. Section 2706 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “not later than 30 days” each place it appears in subsections (a), (b), (c), and (d) and inserting in lieu thereof “not later than 45 days”.
