SEC. 215. NEXT GENERATION INTERNET PROGRAM. (a) Funding.— Of the funds authorized to be appropriated under section 201(4), $53,000,000 shall be available for the Next Generation Internet program. (b) Limitation.— Notwithstanding the enactment of any other provision of law after the date of the enactment of this Act, amounts may be appropriated for fiscal year 1999 for research, development, test, and evaluation by the Department of Defense for the Next Generation Internet program only pursuant to the authorization of appropriations under section 201(4).
