SEC. 241. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN PROTOTYPE PROJECTS. Section 845(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994 (Public Law 103–160; 10 U.S.C. 2371 note) is amended by striking out “September 30, 1999” and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 2001”.
