SEC. 904. AUTHORITY TO EXPAND THE NATIONAL DEFENSE UNIVERSITY. Section 2165(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: “(7) Any other educational institution of the Department of Defense that the Secretary considers appropriate and designates as an institution of the university.”.
