SEC. 111. MULTIYEAR PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR LONGBOW HELLFIRE MISSILE PROGRAM. Beginning with the fiscal year 1999 program year, the Secretary of the Army may, in accordance with section 2306b of title 10, United States Code, enter into a multiyear procurement contract for procurement of the AGM–114 Longbow Hellfire missile.
