SEC. 812. TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL REPORT RELATING TO BUY AMERICAN ACT. Section 827 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (Public Law 104–201; 110 Stat. 2611; 41 U.S.C. 10b– 112 STAT. 20873 is amended by striking out “90 days” and inserting in lieu thereof “60 days”.
