SEC. 618. SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT BONUS ELIGIBILITY FORRESERVE MEMBERS PERFORMING ACTIVE GUARD ANDRESERVE DUTY. Section 308(a)(1)(D) of title 37, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: “(D) reenlists or voluntarily extends the member’s enlistment for a period of at least three years— “(i) in a regular component of the service concerned; or “(ii) in a reserve component of the service concerned, if the member is performing active Guard and Reserve duty (as defined in section 101(d)(6) of title 10).”.
