SEC. 632. EXCEPTION TO MAXIMUM WEIGHT ALLOWANCE FOR BAGGAGE AND HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS. Section 406(b)(1)(D) of title 37, United States Code, is amended in the second sentence by inserting before the period the following: “, unless the additional weight allowance in excess of such maximum is intended to permit the shipping of consumables that cannot be reasonably obtained at the new station of the member”.
