SEC. 569. REPEAL OF RESTRICTION ON CIVILIAN EMPLOYMENT OFEN LISTED MEMBERS. (a) Repeal.— Section 974 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 49 of such title is amended by striking out the item relating to section 974.
