SEC. 573. ADVANCEMENT OF BENJAMIN O. DAVIS, JUNIOR, TO GRADE OF GENERAL ON THE RETIRED LIST OF THE AIR FORCE. (a) Authority.— The President is authorized to advance Lieutenant General Benjamin O. Davis, Junior, United States Air Force, retired, to the grade of general on the retired list of the Air Force. (b) Additional Benefits Not To Accrue.— An advancement of Benjamin O. Davis, Junior, to the grade of general on the retired list of the Air Force under subsection (a) shall not increase or change the compensation or benefits from the United States to which any person is now or may in the future be entitled based upon the military service of the said Benjamin O. Davis, Junior.
