NUCLEAR EXPORT REPORTING REQUIREMENT.

SEC. 1523. NUCLEAR EXPORT REPORTING REQUIREMENT. (a) Notification of Congress.— The President shall notify Congress upon the granting of a license by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the export or reexport of any nuclear—related technology or equipment, including source material, special nuclear material, or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use, or production of special nuclear material. (b) Applicability.— The requirements of this section shall apply only to an export or reexport to a country that— (1) the President has determined is a country that has detonated a nuclear explosive device; and (2) is not a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
