SEC. 1017. TRANSFER OF OBSOLETE ARMY TUGBOAT. In carrying out section 1023 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998 (Public Law 105–85; 111 Stat. 1876), the Secretary of the Army may substitute the obsolete, decommissioned tugboat Attleboro (LT–1977) for the tugboat Normandy (LT–1971) 112 STAT. 2120as one of the two obsolete tugboats authorized to be transferred by the Secretary under that section.
