SEC. 2205. AUTHORIZATION TO ACCEPT ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, MARINE CORPS BASE, CAMP LEJEUNE, NORTH CAROLINA. The Secretary of the Navy may accept from the State of North Carolina a road construction project valued at approximately $2,000,000, which is to be constructed at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, in accordance with plans and specifications acceptable to the Secretary.
