SEC. 2407. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT FISCAL YEAR 1990 PROJECT. (a) Increase.— The table in section 2401(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (division B of Public Law 100–189; 103 Stat. 1640) is amended in the item relating to Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Virginia, by striking out “$330,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$351,354,000”. (b) Conforming Amendment.— Section 2405(b)(2) of that Act (103 Stat. 1642) is amended by striking out “$321,500,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$342,854,000”.
