SEC. 2801. ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION DESIGN. (a) Increase in Threshold for Notice to Congress.— subsection (b) of section 2807 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “$300,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$500,000”. (b) Availability of Appropriations.— subsection (d) of that section is amended by striking out “study, planning, design, architectural, and engineering services” and inserting in lieu thereof “architectural and engineering services and construction design”.
