SEC. 2831. MODIFICATION OF LAND CONVEYANCE, ARMY RESERVE CENTER, YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO. Section 2861(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (division B of Public Law 104–106; 110 Stat. 573) is amended by striking out “retain” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting in lieu thereof “develop the parcel for educational purposes.”.
