SEC. 3405. DISPOSAL OF OIL SHALE RESERVE NUMBERED 2. (a) Transfer of Administrative Jurisdiction Authorized.— Subject to section 3406, the Secretary of Energy may transfer to the Secretary of the Interior administrative jurisdiction and control over all public domain lands included within Oil Shale Reserve Numbered 2 for management in accordance with the general land laws. (b) Relationship to Indian Reservation.— The transfer of administrative jurisdiction under this section does not affect any interest, right, or obligation respecting the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation located in Oil Shale Reserve Numbered 2.
