AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATION

SEC. 1601. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATION There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $147,893,000 for fiscal year 1989 for the purpose of carrying out the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2251 et seq.).
