SEC. 3140. HANFORD HEALTH INFORMATION NETWORK. Of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to the Department of Energy by section 3102, $1,500,000 shall be available for activities relating to the Hanford Health Information Network established pursuant to the authority in section 3138 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1834), as amended by section 3138(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (Public Law 103–337; 108 Stat. 3087).
