Sec. 8024. (a) In addition to the funds provided elsewhere in this Act, $8,000,000 is appropriated only for incentive payments authorized by section 504 of the Indian Financing Act of 1974 (25 U.S.C. 1544): Provided, That contractors participating in the test program established by section 854 of Public Law 101–189 (15 U.S.C. 637 note) shall be eligible for the program established by section 504 of the Indian Financing Act of 1974 (25 U.S.C. 1544). (b) Section 8024 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act (Public Law 105–56) is amended by striking out “That these payments” and all that follows through “Provided further,”.
