SEC. 2204. DEFENSE ACCESS ROADS The Secretary of the Navy may, using amounts appropriated pursuant to section 2205(a)(5), make advances to the Secretary of Transportation for the construction of defense access roads under section 210 of title 23, United States Code, at the following locations and in the following amounts: Marine Corps Air Ground Center, Twenty-nine Palms, California, $2,900,000. Navy Public Works Center, San Diego, California, $719,000. Navy Public Works Center, San Francisco, California, $800,000. Naval Station, Everett, Washington, $4,400,000. Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia, $3,000,000.
