SEC. 2410. REYNOLDS ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA, AND SEOUL ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, SEOUL, KOREA Subject to section 2401, the Secretary of Defense may enter into one or more contracts, in advance of appropriations therefor, for the construction of the military construction projects authorized by section 2401 at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and the Seoul Army Community Hospital, Seoul, Korea, if each such contract limits the amount of payments that the Federal Government is obligated to make under such contracts to the amount of appropriations available, at the time such contract is entered into, for obligation under such contract.
