Sec. 313. For purposes of section 8147 of title 5, United States Code, the Government Printing Office is not considered an agency which is required by statute to submit an annual budget pursuant to or as provided by chapter 91 of title 31, United States Code, and is not required to pay an additional amount for the cost of administration. This Act may be cited as the “Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1999”.
