SEC. 2815. WURTSMITH AIR FORCE BASE, MICHIGAN The library building located on the Wurtsmith Air Force Base, Michigan, is hereby designated as the “General Earl T. O’Loughlin Library”. Any reference to such building in a law, rule, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the “General Earl T. O’Loughlin Library”.
