NATIONAL CITIES IN SCHOOLS PROGRAM.

SEC. 598. NATIONAL CITIES IN SCHOOLS PROGRAM. From amounts that are or have been recaptured in the Annual Contributions for Assisted Housing account, before any rescissions of such amounts, $5,000,000, shall be transferred to the National Cities in Schools Community Development Program account, to remain available until expended, that the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall make available to carry out the National Cities in Schools Community Development Program under section 930 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (Public Law 102–550, 106 Stat. 3672, 3887). This sections hall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
