SEC. 599A. CLARIFICATION REGARDING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. (a) In General.— Section 603(6) of the Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5402(6)) is amended by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following: and except that such term shall not include any self-propelled recreational vehicle”. (b) Applicability.— The amendment made by this section is made on, and shall apply beginning upon, the date of the enactment of this Act.
