SEC. 2827. TRANSFER OF LAND, SUITLAND FEDERAL CENTER, MARYLAND The Administrator of General Services shall transfer, without consideration, to the Secretary of the Navy such parcel of vacant land located at the Suitland Federal Center, Suitland, Maryland, as the Administrator, after consultation with the Secretary, determines— (1) to be excess to the present and anticipated future needs of the General Services Administration at the Suitland Federal Center; and (2) adequate to accommodate the needs of the Navy for the construction and operation of a facility to serve as the Naval Intelligence Command Headquarters authorized by section 2201.
