SEC. 2602. AIRCRAFT PARKING RAMP/HOLDING PAD AT YEAGER AIRPORT, CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA There is authorized to be constructed, with funds remaining available as the result of savings on construction projects of the Air National Guard of the United States for which funds were appropriated for fiscal year 1987, an aircraft parking ramp/holding pad for the Air National Guard of the United States at Yeager Airport at Charleston, West Virginia, in the amount of $3,300,000, except that no such funds may be obligated for such purpose until the expiration of 30 days after the date on which the Secretary of the Air Force transmits to the Committees on Armed Services and on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report on the proposed obligation of such funds.
