Sec. 114. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for necessary expenses relating to construction of, and improvements to, 112 STAT. 2681–545highway projects in the corridor designated by section 1105(c)(18)(C)(ii) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (105 Stat. 2032–2033), as amended by section 1211(i) of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century, $100,000,000, to remain available until expended.
