Sec. 119. The Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1999, is amended by amending the item relating to “JOINT ITEMS.—Joint Committee on Printing” to read as follows: “Joint Committee on Printing “For salaries and expenses of the Joint Committee on Printing, $202,000, to be disbursed by the Secretary of the Senate, together with an additional amount of $150,000 if there is enacted into law legislation which transfers the legislative and oversight responsibilities of the Joint Committee on Printing to the Committee on House Oversight of the House of Representatives: Provided further, That such additional amount shall be disbursed by the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives.”.
