Sec. 124. Notwithstanding the third undesignated paragraph under the heading “Community development block grants” under title II of the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 1999, of the amount made available under such heading for the city of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, up to 50 percent of such amount shall be available to such city for payment of claims for bomb damage and repairs for infrastructure located in the area described in clause (1) of such undesignated paragraph. Any amounts available for use under such undesignated paragraph that are not 112 STAT. 2681–547expended to pay such claims or for such repairs shall be utilized for the revolving loan pool described in such undesignated paragraph.
