Sec. 113. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, with respect to any grant program for which amounts are made available under this title, the term “tribal” means of or relating to an Indian 112 STAT. 2681–68tribe (as that term is defined in section 102(2) of the Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act of 1994 (25 U.S.C. 479a(2))).
