Sec. 125. Conveyance to the Town of Pahrump, Nevada. (a) Conveyance.—The Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, shall convey to the town of Pahrump, Nevada, without consideration, subject to the requirements of 43 U.S.C. 869, all right, title, and interest of the land subject to all valid existing rights in the public lands located south and west of Highway 160 within Sections 32 and 33, T. 20 S., R. 54 E., Mount Diablo Meridian. (b) Use.—The conveyance of the property under subsection (a) shall be subject to reversion to the United States if the property is used for a purpose other than the purpose of a public fairground or a related public purpose.
