SEC. 127. FUNDING FOR BICYCLE PROJECTS. The second sentence of section 217(b)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by inserting “and sums apportioned or allocated for highway substitute projects in accordance with section 103(e)(4) of this title” after “title”.
