SEC. 2215. ANNUAL REPORT ON OVERSEAS SURPLUS PROPERTIES. The Foreign Service Buildings Act, 1926 (22 U.S.C. 292 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new section:112 STAT. 2681–815 “Sec. 12. Not later than March 1 of each year, the Secretary of State shall submit to Congress a report listing overseas United States surplus properties that are administered under this Act and that have been identified for sale.”.
