SEC. 303. DEFINITIONS. Section 2603(4) of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 (42 U.S.C. 8622(4)) is amended— (1) by striking “the term” and inserting “The term”; and (2) by striking the semicolon and inserting a period.
