SEC. 307. PAYMENTS TO STATES. Section 2607(b)(2)(B) of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 (42 U.S.C. 8626(b)(2)(B)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by striking “and not transferred pursuant to section 2604(f)”; and (2) in the second sentence, by striking “but not transferred by the State”.
