Federal Payment for Water and Sewer Services For payment to the District of Columbia for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1989, in lieu of reimbursement for charges for water and water services and sanitary sewer services furnished to facilities of the United States Government, $32,040,000, as authorized by the Act of May 18, 1954, as amended (D.C. Code, secs. 43–1552 and 43–1612).
