Human Support Services Human support services, $744,901,000: Provided, That $17,000,000 of this appropriation, to remain available until expended, shall be available solely for District of Columbia employees’ disability compensation: Provided further, That of the funds provided for the D.C. General Hospital subsidy, $646,000 shall be used for providing health care to homeless persons.
