SEC. 407. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 9 of the Rhinoceros and Tiger Conservation Act of1994 (16 U.S.C. 5306) (as redesignated by section 405(1)) is amended by striking “1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000” and inserting “1996 through 2002”.
