SEC. 112. INFORMATION CLEARINGHOUSE. Section 26(d) of the National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1769g(d)) is amended in the first sentence by striking “and $100,000 for fiscal year 1998” and inserting “$100,000 for fiscal year 1998, and $166,000 for each of fiscal years 1999 through 2003”.
