SEC. 4758. EXTENSION OF MORATORIUM. Section 6408(a)(3) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989, as amended by section 13642 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, is amended by striking “December 31, 1995” and inserting “December 31, 2002”.
