SEC. 11106. NO EFFECT ON POWERS OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE AUTHORITY. Nothing in this subtitle may be construed to affect the authority of the District of Columbia Financial Responsibility and Management Assistance Authority to carry out any of its powers under the District of Columbia Financial Responsibility and Management Assistance Act of 1995.
