OTHER CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.

SEC. 5514. OTHER CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. (a) Elimination of Amendments Included Inadvertently.—Section 110(1) of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–193; 110 Stat. 2173) is amended— (1) by striking paragraphs (1), (4), (5), and (7); (2) by redesignating paragraphs (2), (3), (6), and (8) as paragraphs (1), (2), (3), and (4), respectively; and (3) by adding “and” at the end of paragraph (3), as so redesignated. (b) Correction of Citation.—Section 109(f) of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–193; 110 Stat. 2177) is amended by striking “93–186” and inserting “93–86”. (c) Correction of Internal Cross Reference.—Section 103(a)(1) of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–193; 110 Stat. 2112) is amended by striking “603(b)(2)” and inserting “603(b)”. (d) Correction of References.—Section 416 (42 U.S.C. 616) is amended by striking “amendment made by section 2103 of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity” and inserting “amendments made by section 103 of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation”.
