SEC. 5537. ADOPTION OF UNIFORM STATE LAWS. Section 466(f) (42 U.S.C. 666(f)) is amended by striking “together” and all that follows and inserting “and as in effect on August 22, 1996, including any amendments officially adopted as of such date by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.”.
