AMENDMENT TO SECTION 300.

SEC. 10104. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 300. (a) Timetable.—The item relating to February 25 in the timetable set forth in section 300 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 is amended by striking “February 25” and inserting “Not later than 6 weeks after President submits budget”. (b) Conforming Amendments.—(1) Clause 4(g) of rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by striking “on or before February 25 of each year” and inserting “not later than 6 weeks after the President submits his budget”. (2) Clause 3(c) of rule XLVIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by striking “On or before March 15 of each year” and inserting “Within 6 weeks after the President submits a budget under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code” and by striking “section 301(c)” and inserting “section 301(d)”.
